図書館協議会・提言 Recommendations of the Library Council
さいたま市と和光市の図書館協議会にて，委員長を拝命しています。約2年にわたって，協議会委員の皆様と議論を重ね，「提言」をとりまとめました。「提言」は，教育長に提出しました。
I have been serving as Chair of the Library Councils of both Saitama City and Wako City. Over the course of about two years, together with the council members, we engaged in extensive discussions and compiled a set of “Recommendations.” These recommendations have been submitted to the Superintendent of Education.
■さいたま市 Saitama City Recommendations of the 12th Saitama City Library Council
■和光市 Wako City A report entitled “The Future of Wako City Libraries” and other related recommendations were submitted by the Wako City Library Council.

両市のこれからの図書館の目指す方向性・コンパスを示していきたいという委員の皆様の思いが込められています。
These documents embody the collective aspiration of the council members to present a clear direction—a compass—for the future development of libraries in both cities.
